We provide business landline numbers and VoIP services starting from R150/month. Our plans include:
Free incoming calls
Optional call credit top-ups (not included in base plan)
Outbound call rates at just 33c/min
Compatible with WhatsApp Business, softphones, and IP desk phones
Call credit must be purchased separately and is not automatically included in your monthly plan. We offer flexible recharge options based on your business needs.
Services are billed monthly in advance.
Activation and setup may take up to 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Top-ups for call credit can be made as needed.
Prices and packages may change with 14 days' written notice.
Services are prepaid and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
Our outsourcing and support services are subject to custom agreements, which define the scope, delivery terms, billing, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
All website content, branding, and service materials belong to East Jaguar International or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses due to third-party outages, device incompatibility, or misconfigurations
Interruptions beyond our control (e.g., ISP or power issues)
While we aim to provide reliable service, no guarantees are made regarding continuous uptime or performance.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately once posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled by a competent court in the Republic of South Africa.
